Care & cleaning

Keep it grinding beautifully.

Weekly brush-out

Twist off the top, lift out the burr, and brush away old grounds with a dry brush. Keeps flavours clean and the grind consistent.

Keep it dry

Never wash the burrs or run them under water. Moisture dulls steel and can cause clumping. A dry brush is all they need.

Wipe the body

Clean the aluminium body and walnut crank with a slightly damp cloth, then dry. Avoid harsh detergents on the wood.

Deep clean monthly

Fully disassemble, brush every part, and check the burr is seated correctly before reassembling. Return your dial to its usual setting afterwards.

FAQ

Good to know.

Can it grind fine enough for espresso?

Yes. The stepped dial reaches a true espresso-fine grind at the low end of the range. See the grind guide above for a starting point.

How long does a grind take?

A full 25g dose typically takes under a minute at a steady pace. Finer grinds take a little longer than coarse.

How do I clean it?

Brush the burrs dry, never wash them. Wipe the body and walnut crank with a damp cloth and dry. A full guide is in the Care section above.

Is it noisy?

No. Manual grinding is quiet by nature, just the soft sound of beans and burrs. Perfect for early mornings.

What's covered by the warranty?
